To support international congregations and Bible schools in the IPHC by developing curriculum, distributing resources, and training leaders for discipleship ministry in the local churches and higher education in Bible school programs.
OUR DIRECTORS
Kevin and Summer Sneed
Kevin and Summer Sneed are IPHC missionaries and have served in World Missions Ministries since 2008. The Sneeds have been leading OTT since 2021. Kevin and Summer are both graduates of Emmanuel University in Franklin Springs, Georgia. Kevin has a Masters of Arts in New Testament Studies from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. They are currently teaching at East Africa Bible College in Eldoret, Kenya. They have two children, Abigail and Nathaniel.
OUR HISTORY
Rev. Rose Boyd, Founder
Rose Boyd launched Operation Teaching Tools in 1997. In obedience to her calling to make disciples, Rose started this ministry help facilitate discipleship in World Missions Ministries. For near 25 years, Rose worked to put training into the hands of believers, discipleship materials into the hands of disciples, and tools in the hands of leaders in order to build up both the laity and the clergy of the IPHC around the world. She worked to secure and provide resources to develop people and equip disciple makers.
